Shauna Daley is an Artist and a Teacher.
Shauna Daley is an Artist and a Teacher. She graduated from Brock University with an Honours degree in Visual Arts, as well as a Bachelor of Education degree, and a Montessori Upper Elementary Diploma in 2013. In 2012, Shauna went on to complete her Master’s degree in Art Education with a focus on critical/creative thinking and drawing.
She has exhibited her artwork in solo, juried, and group shows and operates her own art studio in Grimsby, Ontario. She also teaches many art workshops to individuals and teachers throughout the Niagara Region, as a way to help them integrate Visual Arts into their classroom practices.
Shauna believes that art nurtures children and their innate creative spirit. Artistic endeavours can help people learn across various subject matter, and can help develop an identity that is connected to the external world as well as to the internal self. Using art to learn about and express experience, creates an environment where people flourish.
