Follow these instructions to register for the conference
Please note that you must use Firefox or Chrome browser to complete your Registration.
Problems have been reported with Safari and Internet Explorer browsers.
- In the chart below, locate the ticket option that applies to you (eg. Conference Early Bird Special), and indicate using the dropdown arrow the number of tickets you would like to purchase. For Full-Time Preservice Student and ETT Funding discount tickets, VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY MUST BE PROVIDED or full price will be charged.
Click “Register Now“!
- Enter the required Personal and Address information, and then check off the boxes to indicate your preferences regarding each of the workshops and lunch. You MUST make a choice for EACH session; select “None” if it does not apply. If you have any Dietary Restrictions for lunch, please select the one that applies to you. We regret that we cannot accommodate all possible dietary concerns.
Click “Proceed to Payment Options“.
- You will see two options to pay for your conference.
— Pay online using Paypal. Paypal can also process Credit Card payments.
— If you would like to pay by cheque, select payment by Invoice, and follow the instructions provided. Click on “View Invoice” at the bottom of the page. Print the invoice, and send it, along with your payment, to:

Your cheque MUST be received by the Treasurer no later than April 15, 2017, or your conference registration may be cancelled. (Note: Your workshop and lunch choices do not appear on the invoice, but are registered in the system.)
- Ensure that you return to the site to properly finalize your registration.
